Overview

What nitrogen gas is, and why the grade matters

Nitrogen is the workhorse inert gas. It makes up most of the air we breathe, it will not react with the great majority of materials at ordinary temperatures, and once dried it carries almost no moisture into a process. That is exactly what you want when the job is to keep oxygen, humidity and dust away from something that would otherwise spoil, oxidise or explode.

Most nitrogen duty is protective rather than productive: blanketing a tank so a vapour space cannot ignite, purging a line before maintenance, flushing a food pack so the fat inside does not go rancid. The gas is doing its job when nothing happens at all, which is why grade consistency matters more than headline purity.

We fill nitrogen at 99.995%, 99.999% and laboratory grade in Bhiwadi and deliver across Bhiwadi, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana and the wider industrial belt. Where consumption outgrows cylinders, the same duty is served by liquid nitrogen in vessels.

Nitrogen is non toxic but it displaces oxygen, and an inerted vessel or pit is a confined space fatality waiting to happen. Never enter a blanketed or purged space without gas testing and a permit, ventilate the area, and secure cylinders upright with the correct regulator fitted.

What purity grades of nitrogen do you supply?99.995%, 99.999% and laboratory grade, with batch analysis issued where the process needs a certificate.

Should I take nitrogen in cylinders or as liquid nitrogen?It comes down to consumption. Cylinders suit intermittent and moderate use, while liquid nitrogen in a vessel is more economical once demand is continuous. Tell us your monthly usage and we will size it honestly.

Do you supply nitrogen for food packaging?Yes. Food and beverage customers are a core part of our route, and we will confirm the grade against your packing specification before the first delivery.

Do you deliver nitrogen across Delhi NCR and Rajasthan?Yes. Bhiwadi is our filling plant, and our scheduled routes cover Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana and the surrounding region.
