What calibration gases is, and why the grade matters
A calibration gas is a measurement standard that happens to be a gas. Its whole value is the certificate: a known concentration, a stated uncertainty, and a traceable record that an auditor can follow. Without that, an instrument reading is a number with no reference behind it.
This is why calibration gases are filled and handled differently. Cylinder preparation, blend homogeneity and stability over the certified shelf life all determine whether the standard still means what the certificate says six months after it was issued.

Do your calibration gases come with a certificate?Yes, certified concentration with analysis is what defines this product. The certificate is issued with the cylinder.
What concentrations can you certify?Mixtures are prepared to your requirement. Send the components, the target concentration and the tolerance, and we will confirm what we can certify and hold.
How long is a calibration gas valid for?Each mixture carries a certified shelf life, which depends on the components and the cylinder preparation. It is stated on the certificate issued with your cylinder.
Do you also supply zero air for the same instruments?Yes. Zero air sets the instrument's baseline and the calibration gas sets its span, so most customers take both on one order.
