What speciality gases is, and why the grade matters
A speciality gas is not a product off a shelf, it is a specification you bring us. Two component or multi component mixtures, blended to a stated concentration and tolerance, filled into cylinders prepared so the mixture that leaves is the mixture that arrives.
The work in a blend is mostly invisible: cylinder preparation, blending sequence, homogeneity and the analysis that confirms all three. A mixture that separates, adsorbs onto the cylinder wall or drifts over its shelf life is worse than useless, because the process it feeds will trust it anyway.
We blend speciality mixtures to order at our Bhiwadi plant for research groups, process plants and analytical laboratories across Bhiwadi, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana and the wider industrial belt. Send the components, the concentration and the tolerance and we will confirm what we can hold.

Handling depends entirely on the components in the blend, so treat every mixture according to its most hazardous constituent and read the documentation issued with it. Keep cylinders secured upright, use a regulator rated for the mixture, and store to the requirements of the components involved.

What mixtures can you blend?Mixtures are blended to your specification. Send us the components, the target concentration and the tolerance you need, and we will confirm what we can hold and certify.
Do speciality mixtures come with analysis?Where the application needs it, yes. Tell us at the point of order whether a certificate of analysis is required.
What is the lead time on a blended mixture?Lead time depends on the components and the cylinder preparation involved, so we confirm it with the quote rather than promising a standard turnaround.
How is this different from your calibration gases?Calibration gases are certified to a known concentration for instrument calibration. Speciality gases is the broader blending service, which includes process and research mixtures that are not calibration standards.
